Please note: That you will be placed on a waitlist through the Survey Monkey Application Portal and contacted with further details. Once your application is approved, the kit will ship to you within 4-6 weeks.
Within the kit, families will find the following items:

To qualify for the Baby Bundle Kit, Métis parents/guardians must:
Be a Citizen of the Métis Nation of Ontario Must reside in Ontario Must not be getting support from another Métis Government Have an infant 0-8 months old or be pregnantPlease Note: For expectant parents, we will contact you when you are approximately 8 months along to give details on the next steps. We will calculate that approximate date, so there is no need to re-apply.
