The Early Learning and Child Care team is excited to offer a special virtual series over four (4) evenings in March 2026. This new series, Building Métis Memories: A Family Story Telling Journey, invites Métis families with early learners, from newborn to twelve (12) years old to deepen their crafting skills and explore creative story-telling methods.
This series blends hands-on crafting, family connection, and Métis cultural learning through interactive guided sessions, designed for young learners and their parents. Each session runs for one and a half (1.5) hours from 6:00-7:30 pm, with an additional optional 30-minute support period for extra guidance from 7:30-8:00 pm.
Participants will attend all four sessions, completing fun activities between meetings to extend their learning.
